Beyond Burnout



Healthcare professionals are expected to carry the world on their backs—often at the cost of their own. Beyond Burnout confronted the hard truth of physical exhaustion in medicine and asked: how can a brand help heal the healers? Through cultural trend research, community interviews, and product exploration, we developed a framework rooted in four key pillars—exercise, recovery, self-care, and community—using them as a lens to expand our product line and build experiences that support healthcare workers beyond the hospital walls.

GAMECHANGERS 


Gamechangers positioned healthcare professionals as athletes in their own right. With upcoming licensing deals for the 2026 Winter Olympics and FIFA World Cup, FIGS had a unique opportunity to design for the medical teams supporting world-class competitors. This concept drew inspiration from the performance demands of each event—extreme cold in the Alps, intense heat across North America—and studied sport-specific materials to inform apparel innovation.
